OUT OF STATE
If you are looking for real estate for trade or you have real estate that you want to offer for sale, you can do that here. As a buyer, you can browse the Haves Database for properties that will work for you and list your property needs in the Wants Database. As a seller, you can feature your property for sale on the Haves Database and search the Wants Database for buyers.
There is no up front charge to you as a buyer or seller and no charge at all unless a property transaction actually happens through sale, lease, option, trade or exchange. There is no extra charge for the use of this site, but all transactions will be handled by a cooperating or referral real estate broker in the appropriate jurisdiction and they will charge their normal commission for handling the transaction.
The site owner will receive a copy of every contact form that comes through the site for your haves or wants. I may follow up with these contacts to attempt to put them together with my Missouri buyers & sellers or with agents in other states who I believe they can "do a deal" with.
This service is only available in jurisdictions which allow local brokers to cooperate with out of state licensees and where otherwise allowed by law. The service is not currently available for: D.C., Kentucky, Nebraska, New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Texas or any other jurisdiction where prohibited by law or where out-of-jurisdiction licensees are prohibited from collecting a fee.

Please remember that trades, barters and exchanges all have their own tax consequences and it's always best to consult your own tax manager before any transaction rather than expecting them to fix a problem after the deal is made. I highly recommend consulting a CPA familiar with barter and/or exchange rules before such a transaction. Better yet - consult with a tax manager who will barter!
